Foundations are essential cosmetics for a person like me who has a lot of blemishes!
I usually tend to look at the foundations very carefully because even though covering is important, the bright expression of the skin is also a very important factor. 
Sulwhasoo has recently released a product of a concept that seems to match very well with my preference.

I've tried using Sulwhasoo basic cosmetics because of my mom. This is the first time that I trying out the makeup cosmetics. Sulwhasoo Evenfair Smoothing Makeup Base is known to 
make the skin brighter as time passes by adding the mild light to the skin. 

자외선차단 기능성 화장품 SPF25/PA++ 이며, 주름개선 기능성 화장품이라고 합니다. 

제품은 개봉 후 12개월 안에 사용해주시고요.

The level of protection for ultraviolet rays is SPF25/PA++ and it's known as a functional cosmetics that enhances the wrinkles.  You should use the product within 12 months after unsealing. 

손으로 감싸면 한 손에 빠듯하게 감싸질 정도의 크기랍니다

The product almost fits exactly in one hand.

제품은 개봉 후 12개월 안에 사용해야하지만 제조일도 꼼꼼히 따져보시는 분들이 계시지요?

제조일은 화장품 밑면 바닥에 있어요.

개봉일을 써두면 더욱 꼼꼼하게 화장품 관리하실 수 있을 거에요-★

The product has to be used within 12 months after unsealing and I am sure that there are a lot of people out there who read the date of manufacture very carefully. The date of manufacture is written on the bottom of the product. 

You should be able to manage your cosmetics better if you write down the date that opened the product. 

채담 스무딩파운데이션의 뚜껑을 연 모습이에요.

This is when I opened smoothing foundation's lid. 

뚜껑을 열면 펌핑하는 부분이 보이는데 동그랗게 살짝 들어간 것이 펌핑하기 편하게 디자인되어 있었답니다

You can see the pump when you open the lid. It's very convenient to pump out the product because the area where you place your finger is caved in.

It has such a nice grip. 

설화수 제품을 오랜만에 써봐서 그런 것일까요? 잘 기억이 안나서 그런 것일까요?

우선 화장품 상자에 제품 가격이 써 있는 것에 놀랐답니다.

방문판매로도 많은 사랑을 받는 브랜드가 바로 '설화수' 인데!

상자에 가격이 써 있어서 소비자 분들 가격확인하시기 너무 좋은 것 같아요.

Is it because it's been a long time since I used Sulwhasoo's product? Or am I simply not remembering it?  I was very surprised to see the price that was written on the box.

Sulwhasoo is a brand that is famous for their door-to-door sales. 
I think it's really good that you can check out the price on the box.

제가 리뷰할 컬러는 바로 B02 미디엄 베이지 컬러랍니다.

설화수 채담 스무딩파운데이션은 한국 여성에게 맞는 5가지의 해사한 파운데이션 컬러를 출시하고 있답니다-♩
속 피부톤은 살려주되 겉 피부톤을 보정해주는 홋수를 선택하여 파운데이션을 고르는 것이 중요하다고 하네요.

The color that I am going to review about is B02 Medium Beige.

제가 사용한 B02 미디엄 베이지 컬러는 중간 밝기에 노란 피부톤을 해사하게 보정할 때 바르는 컬러랍니다.

B 01 라이트 베이지 : 밝은 깨끗해 보이는 톤(기존 13호)

P 02 핑크 베이지 : 밝고 해사한 피부로 표현해주는 톤(기존 13~21호)

B 02 미디엄 베이지 : 누구나 자연스럽게 어울리는 톤(기존 21호)

O 02 살구 베이지 : 차분하고 따뜻해 보이는 톤(기존 21~23호)

B02 Medium Beige, which is a color that I tried out, is a color that you use when correcting the medium yellow skin tone bright .

B 02 Medium Beige -A natural tone that matches on almost everyone (It was no.21 in the previous version)

제품을 열면 사용전에 반드시 설명서를 읽어달라고 써 있더라고요

It said that I must read the instruction manual before using the product. 

아무래도 제품 설명을 확인하고 사용하는 것이 더 자세히 제품을 알아보고, 제대로 사용할 수 있도록 도와주잖아요?

그래서 저도 읽어봤지요!

복사꽃과 살구의 해사한 빛과 선암사 매화의 맑고 그윽함을 느낄 수 있는 제품이라고 해요!

실제로도 사용할 때 느껴지는 은은한 꽃향이 너무나 마음에 드는 제품이에요

You know how reading the product description will allow you to know about the product better. 
So I read it. 

It's a product that you can feel the bright light of Prunus persica and the bright and profoundness of apricot flower. In fact, I really liked the product's delicate fragrance of flowers. 

제품 전성분인데 컬러에 따라 전성분이 약간 달라서인지 컬러 별로 전성분이 적혀있더라고요.

생크림 텍스쳐를 잘 느껴보기 위해 손등 테스터를 우선 해보았답니다.

손등에 덜어낼 때 탱글탱글 해 보이는 것이 독특했는데, 생크림 택스쳐라 불리더라고요.

일반 파운데이션과 다른 텍스쳐 질감으로 슈크림 같기도 해요:D

이 질감은 직접 매장에서 테스터해보시는 것이 좋을 것 같아요!

그럼 이제 얼굴에도 사용한 모습을 확인해보도록 할까요?

사용법 

메이크업 베이스 사용 후 손등에 적당량을 취하여 얼굴 전체에 얇게 펴 바르고 가볍게 두드려 마무리합니다.

이제 피부에 직접 발라보겠습니다-★

In order to feel the texture of fresh cream, I first tested on the back of my hand. 
The flexibility that I felt while I taking out the cream was sort of unusual. This cream is called a fresh cream texture. The texture is very different than other foundations. It was sort of like a custard cream. :)

I think it's better that you feel the texture at the store. 

Lets now see how it applied on my face. 
Before I do that, let's first check the instructions. 

How to use
Apply an appropriate amount on your entire face thinly after applying the makeup base and finish it by gentle tapping your skin.

기초 메이크업까지 마친 제 피부입니다.

자외선 차단 기능이 있기에 따로 바를 필요는 없지만 가벼운 베이스 메이크업 제품은 바르는 게 좋을 것 같아요^^

This is my skin that has finished the basic cosmetics. 
Even though you do not have to apply it separately, I think it's good to apply a light makeup base  :)

울긋불긋한 피부톤이 여러분들 눈에도 잘 보이시나요?ㅎㅎ

이 붉은기를 잡기 위해 설화수 채담 스무딩파운데이션을 골고루 도포하였어요.

I evenly spread Sulwhasoo Smoothing Foundation on my skin to remove these red areas.

펴바르면서 약간 시원한데, 저만 그렇게 느껴지는 건가요?ㅎ

It applied very smoothly on the skin. 
It felt sort of cool and refreshing. Am I the only one who feeling like this?

This is when I've spread the Sulwhasoo Smoothing Foundation on my entire skin. 
It has covered the red areas quite much. 

파우더를 따로 바르지 않고 블러셔로 마무리-♩

I finished it with a blusher without applying the powder. 

기초메이크업 한 왼쪽의 피부모습과 블러셔까지 살짝 바른 오른쪽의 피부모습입니다

The photograph on the left my skin that has finished the basic cosmetics and the photograph on the right is my skin that has applied the blusher on top of the basic cosmetics. 

블러셔를 바르긴 했지만 파우더를 안바르고, 이렇게 보송보송한 피부로 마무리된다는 것이 너무 신기해요!

It's extremely amazing that it provides a soft finish like this without having applied the powder. (Even though I applied the blusher)

여기에 마스카라까지 슥슥~ 발라주어 피부는 더욱 해사하게~ 눈은 그윽해보이는 메이크업을 완성해주었어요. 일부러 베이지 컬러의 섀도우를 선택해 눈매가 그윽하고 은은해보일 수 있도록 했지요.

Then I also applied the mascara and the skin became a lot more fair-complexioned. For the eyes, I've done a makeup that looks very profound. I've intentionally chose the beige color so that it can create a profound and a delicate eyes.

I prepared a closeup so that you can feel the fairness of Sulwhasoo Smoothing Foundation. 

피부를 가까이 클로즈업한 모습이에요

설화수 채담 스무딩파운데이션은 번들거림 없이 보송하게 마무리되는 제품이라 화장 두껍게 될 일이 없는 것 같아요:D

장점 : 한국인 피부에 맞는 다섯가지 파운데이션 컬러 호수 출시.

화사한 파운데이션 컬러로 피부가 보다 화사해 보임.

커버력 높으며, 보송한 사용감의 파운데이션.

단점 : 약간 부담스러운 가격.

총평 : 높은 커버력, 해사한 컬러감의 파운데이션.

에스티로더 파운데이션 쓰시던 분이시라면 이 제품에도 도전해보면 좋을 것 같아요!

커버력 높으면서 보송보송하게 마무리되어 팩트 따로 바르지 않아도 되겠더라고요.

전 잡티가 많아서인지 잡티 커버에 있어 무척 만족스러웠고 색상도 제 피부톤에 동동 뜨지 않고 잘 맞았답니다. 색상 선택의 폭이 넓어 젊은 20대의 여자분부터 잡티, 기미로부터 자유로울 수 없는 어머니 나이대까지 모두 좋아하실 것 같네요

This is a closeup of my skin. 
Sulwhasoo Smoothing Foundation would never make my makeup look thick 
because it's a product that has an extremely soft finish without glossiness. 

Advantages: There are five different colors that match very well on the skin of South Korean people. The bright colors make the skin look a lot brighter. 
The covering capability is extremely outstanding and it gets applied on the skin very softly. 

Disadvantages: It's sort of expensive. 

Evaluation: It's a foundation that has a great covering ability and bright colors. 
I think those people who had been using Estee Lauder's foundations can try out this product!
I didn't actually have to use a pact because it had such a great covering ability and a soft finish. 
I was personally very satisfied with the product's covering capability and the color seemed to match very well on me. I personally think it's a product those people who are in their twenties and those mothers who cannot be free from blemishes and freckles should like because the range of colors is very wide.
